Armin, We were so saddened to learn of Billy's passing. He was a great gentleman and good friend. I remember fondly our high school days. Please know that, while we cannot attend Billy's services tomorrow, we are thinking of you and send our love to you and your entire family. It is comforting to know that Billy is now smiling in the presence of God in heaven. As always, he had a smile whenever we greeted each other. Now, his smile is forever. Frank and Ruth Barragan
